I finally learned how to outline a person before I draw them and, wow, has my realistic-ness in art increased. I think once I put my mind to actually paying attention to what Hunter was teaching me, I was able to focus and be interested in doing better. My drawings still aren't the best, but they've increased much since my old ways. I've also tested out a new way of drawing characters in my comics. So far, responses have been positive and I may continue drawing comic characters that way. I'll share with you the comics soon. I'm really happy with how things are going with art this year. I've become more determined to draw well at the same time as having fun. I've been able to relax and realize my creations don't have to be perfect the first time through. I've had fun with digital art and am hoping to improve my work with that medium, too. I'm excited for what 2018 has in store for me art-wise. See you in March!
