Storybird is one of my favorite writing sites. How can it not be? You can do so much on that site. You can write novels, short stories, picture books, and poems, all inspired by art. I have to admit, the poems are my favorite part of Storybird. They are simple to start, force your brain to think, and are easily accesible to viewers. I love the simplicity of storybird poems. All you have to do is pick an image and you're given the words! The difficult part is getting the words to come together nicely. I've spent over an hour on some of my poems in the past, but I have to keep reminding myself that it doesn't have to be perfect. Sometimes imperfections can be beautiful. Finally, I love sharing my Storybird poems on my social media sites. They are fun for my followers to look at and often short, so I can write them down for those with sight disabilities. The response to them is almost always positive! Well, thanks for reading! I hope you go check out Storybird and create your own image-inspired art! See you next time!
